Welcome to BSA Snake River Council

As a youth, I loved scouting. Too often, our troop chose to do what was easy such as just playing a game of basketball, instead of what was helpful, such as learning skills and enjoying the outdoors. As an adult, I was driving and saw a group of scouts playing basketball and I suddenly had the urge to make a difference in scouting for the youth of my area. So I signed up, becoming actively involved in my local council, running youth leadership training, family camps, and eventually serving on the board for the Snake River Council.
